[Bonmin] Configure Error Thirdparty Mumps

Hi,

I am trying to compile Bonmin on Windows XP Professional 32bit using 
Cygwin. When I issue the configure -C command, configure will stop with 
the error message (from the config.log file):

configure:24409: running /bin/sh '../../../ThirdParty/Mumps/configure' 
--prefix=/home/***/Bonmin-stable/build  '-C' 
--cache-file=../../config.cache --srcdir=../../../ThirdParty/Mumps
configure:24414: error: /bin/sh '../../../ThirdParty/Mumps/configure' 
failed for ThirdParty/Mumps

The last screen output is something like:

checking whether we can compile Fortran 90 code... no

Is there any workaround for this problem? (I could not find a way to 
register on the trac in order to submit a ticket.)
