    I am trying to compile Bonmin on Windows XP Professional 32bit using

    Cygwin. When I issue the configure -C command, configure will stop

    with the error message (from the config.log file):

    '../../../ThirdParty/Mumps/configure' failed for ThirdParty/Mumps

    The last screen output is something like:

    checking whether we can compile Fortran 90 code... no

    <br>

    <br>

    Is there any workaround for this problem? (I could not find a way to

    register on the trac in order to submit a ticket.)
