[Bonmin] A couple of compilation questions

Thanks Pierre. I did a make distclean and then re-configured and make. It
all compiles now. I have bonmin exe as well as ipopt, cbc, and clp in the
bin directory. cbc even supports AMPL. However, when invoked, I get a MA27AD
not found in libhsl.so.
I had followed the instructions of copy pasting the Fortran code from the
HSL site into MA27AD.f and so on, and then ran configure. Any further clues?
