[Bonmin] A couple of compilation questions

Then ASL did not configure correctly. I would retry configuring from scratch
in a new directory. You can also check that the file config.log contains the
following lines:

configure:20916: checking whether code for third party package ASL is
available
configure:20938: result: yes
