[ADOL-C] tensor_eval problem for more than one direction

Hi,

the bug should be fixed. When calculating the
remaining number of directions the test was a
"<" but should have been a "<="

The corrected version is now contained in the
trunk directory at COIN-OR.

I guess your example should (hopefully) work now.
