[ADOL-C] tensor_eval problem for more than one direction

Hi,

this is amazing: Always if one computes first derivatives for *9
directions the tensor contains only *9-10 entries instead of *9.

I tested this for up to 120 directions. I will try to fix this
bug as soon as possible.
