[ADOL-C] Building ADOL-C in 64-bit Windows

Hi Alfonso,

I found myself in the same position a month or so ago. Although I was not
able to build an x64 DLL (I suppose I still could if I spent more time on
it), I did build an x64 static library with Visual Studio 2008 that also
included ColPack. It took me a while to get the Visual Studio solution set
up, and I didn't document it at the time. However, it might be worthwhile
for me to do so now. I'll see if I can put something together soon.
