[ADOL-C] Building ADOL-C in 64-bit Windows

Hi Chuck,
finally a college of my group started this week to put up a
windows version of ADOL-C.
This could also include a 64 bit option. If you could provide us
your files this would be a good starting point for an "official"
Windows version of ADOL-C and might speed up the process.
Would this be OK for you?
