 The online documentation is slightly out of date. Read the
 ThirdParty/HSL/INSTALL.HSL file (https://projects.coin-
 or.org/BuildTools/browser/ThirdParty/HSL/releases/1.3.3/INSTALL.HSL) for
 the most current instructions.

 Regarding the MA27 threadsafe error, see http://list.coin-
 or.org/pipermail/ipopt/2012-May/002885.html - "For the check whether MA27
 is threadsafe, configure checks whether it
 finds the string MA27UD in ma27ad.f. This seem to have failed."
 Can you make sure that ma27ad.f contains valid Fortran code?
