 Yes, I am sorry, the v8 directory is for VS2005, which I no longer have on
 my machine. I updated the libIpopt project to VS2008 and put it in v9.

 The errors I reported are the most notable ones, and I do not see how the
 code in question could compile on any compiler (especially the first one,
 because the error text is quite correct; there is an unimplemented pure
 virtual method in the base class).
