Comment:

 I don't have the MS studio, and it is possible that the project files
 haven't been updated for a while and do not include changes necessary to
 deal with recent improvements of the !BuildTools system.  I"m going to
 forward this bug report, hopefully it can be fixed.

 But a necessary clarification:  In the Ipopt distribution, there is no
 "MSVisualStudio\v9" directory, only "MSVisualStudio\v8"

 Please clarify what files you are referring to.
