[Vol] different results using two Vol examples

I was trying Vol using executables in  Vol example folder,  for a miplib
linstance rout.mps, to get lower bound of its LP. I guess these two should
give the same results , more or less. Any insight? Thanks

One is the VolLP, whose results does not make senes,
