[Symphony] Compile Symphony 5.5 and pvm with error

Hi João,

It's been quite some time since I built SYMPHONY with PVM and a lot of code
has been added, some of which does not respect the strict segregation of
the modules required to run under PVM. I did, however, manage to get it
building. The current trunk should build if you configure using --with-pvm.
There is a strange problem with the installation of the application library
for the LP module---for some reason, it doesn't install. If you are
building an application, you will have to copy that library manually for
now from the SYMPHONY/src directory in your build tree.

I was able to run the resulting binaries with some degree of success.
Everything starts up fine, but the LP module crashes after solving the
first LP relaxation. Up until then, everything looks normal. This probably
won't be too hard to track down if I can just remember how to debug PVM
programs :). If you want to have a crack at it, feel free to let me know if
you have any questions. It would be great to have this running again.

Cheers,

Ted
