[Symphony] Problem compiling Symphony 5.5.0 / 5.5.1 - libOsiClp.lib cannot be opened

 Have exactly the same issue. It might be that the linker can't find the 
 libOsiClp.lib,
 but not sure if this is the root cause. KR Joost
