[Symphony] SYMPHONY and other solvers

I'm using SYMPHONY 5.4.7 to solve a set of binary integer LP problems
(e.g. 400 variables and 500 constraints). I can only say that we do
maximization and these problems are very sparse and have quasi-block
structure.
