[Symphony] MS Visual Studio, Concorde and Symphony VRP

Hello all,

I hope that I am sending this to the correct list. If not I apologize.

I've been having some real difficulties trying to allow the tsp cuts to be
used in the vrp example that comes with Symphony-5.2.2. I'm not sure if the
issue is that I am trying to do all of the work in Visual Studio (v9) or if
I am missing something. It may also be due to the fact that I built
Concorde source code using gcc in cygwin.
I've completed the following steps yet I still cannot compile the project.

-Added #define DO_TSP_CUTS true; to the beginning of vrp.cg.c
-Built Concorde using gcc in cygwin
-Added concorde.h, concorde.c and the include folder (in concorde) to the
vrp project.

Am I missing something or is trying to use Visual Studio simply going to be
more trouble than it is worth?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
