[Symphony] symphony v5.2.0 crashes when using warm start

Hi all,

I have recently installed stable version 5.2 in windows/cygwin. All goes 
well except that it crashes whenever I use the warm start feature. For 
example, when I compile and use the warm_start1 sample code in the 
Symphony\Examples directory, it dumps a stack trace and aborts execution.

I tried to install the earlier release version 5.1.8 and it works just fine.
