[Symphony] input file can't be open

Hello,

I un-installed MVS2005 and installed MVS2008, and every thing went fine without errors.
Now, in order to run some codes I did the following:
double click on 'symphony.exe'
a new window open ( similar to MSDOS widow)
I typed: load     "after symphony:" 
Name of the file: sample.mps
but I received "input file 'sample.mps' can't be open.

Can you please explain what to do to run 'sample.mps'
again I have symphony 5.1.10
