Thanks for taking the time to think about this.  Since I sent my
original message, I spent more time reading some of the literature on
bicriteria problems-- in particular the Ralphs, Saltzman, and Wiecek
(2004) technical report from your website.

Before I take more of your time on this, I'll investigate more.
However, in the meantime, can you take a minute to explain the
symphony output for bicriteria problems?  It isn't clear to me how to
interpret and use it.  Specifically-- what does the "Range" mean?
Where does that tie back to the WCN algorithm?
