[Coin-symphony] Installing the Osi Interface under Windows (OsiSym and Osi Osl) as dll's

Hi all,

We need to install the OsiSym and OsiOsl Interface under Windows and to
install them as .dll libraries.
What had to be done to extend the Visual C++ projects to get this
functionality?

As a second way we thought about using Cygwin and gcc to produce the
required dll's. Has anybody got experiences with that?
