[Coin-symphony] Building in Eclipse

I am trying to build SYMPHONY in the Eclipse IDE on Windows XP. I have 
downloaded and installed MSYS and MINGW. The instructions from the 
DIMACS Workshop (July 19) say to build using

./configure
make
make install
cd SYMPHONY
make

I tried this using the msys.bat file (i.e., using a unix type sehll) but 
this doesn't seem to create the symphony executable. Ideally, I'd like 
to do the build from within Eclipse, but I'm not sure how to implement 
the ./configure command and I think I need to change the make and 
compile commands to mingw32-make and mingw32-g++. Has anyone been able 
to build symphony within Eclipse? Or use MSYS and MINGW successfully on 
Windows XP?

Any help and/or advice is greatly appreciated.
