[Coin-symphony] SYMPHONY 5.1.2 Released

This weekend's release of SYMPHONY 5.1.1 was linked to a version of Osi 
into which a bug had slipped at the last second, after all testing had 
been completed. A new minor patch release SYMPHONY 5.1.2 has now been 
posted which fixes this. The 5.1.1 binaries should work fine (they were 
generated with a patched version of 5.1.1), but if you are using the 
source distribution, please either download 5.1.2 or do an SVN update in 
the stable/5.1 directory. Sorry for the inconvenience.
