Vijay,

There are no published benchmarks for SYMPHONY on MIPLIB, but you can 
easily generate some now if you want :)! SYMPHONY is compared to other 
open source MIP solvers on a wide range of instances, including MIPLIB, 
in a recent paper by Jeff Linderoth and I that you can get here:
