The problem is that there is no disclaimer of any sort with the library,
stating that using input files is buggy. If there are method to read
files, they should work.

I don't know the code well enough to fix it. I tried to locate where 
the changing of rhs occur, I could not even do that. I would be surprised
if fixing this takes more than a couple of hours for somebody knowing the
code.
