[RBFOpt] Problem Installing Bonmin

Hi Francisco,
you cannot use Gurobi instead of Bonmin because they solve different types
of problem. I do not see a way to overcome this.

Installing Bonmin and Ipopt should not be difficult if you are following
the instructions in the Readme. It should be sufficient to download
binaries for your platform from AMPL's website, and put these binaries
somewhere in your path. Does this not work? If so, please provide more
information on what issue you are encountering.
