[Project-managers] SSL certificate update

The SSL certificate for coin-or.org Web pages has been updated.  You can
now access www.coin-or.org pages via https and not get a warning that
the certificate is from the wrong site.

You should see no change for access to projects.coin-or.org, but that
site now does use the same certificate (which is good for multiple
hosts).

If you do notice any problems, let me know.
