[Project-managers] Bug Squashing Party Pre-planning Telecon

The big question is what will we check?

I'd vote for the recently created stables. CoinUtils 2.3, Clp 1.8, Osi 0.99, 
Cgl 0.53, etc. They have just recently been created and are still close enough 
to trunk.
