It's time for the annual summary of  COIN-OR accomplishements. 

Please send news about your project, e.g., 
 - new features
 - new applications using your project
 - new documentation
 - new users
or anything else noteworthy that will be accomplished by  Nov 4, 2007 (aka 
INFORMS Seattle). 

The info will be collated into an article for ORMS Today's pre-Seattle 
meeting edition (hence the Sept deadline) and shared at the Seattle 
COIN-OR User & Member Meeting and INFORMS Computing Society business 
meeting.
