[Project-managers] Call for nominations for new Full Members

Folks,

	It's been far too long since the Membership Committee put out the
call:  Do you know of anyone who should be recognised as a full member of the
COIN-OR Foundation?  This is going out to the project manager's list because
each of you are knowledgeable about just who is making a substantial
contribution to your project.

	The general criterion for full membership is some substantial
non-monetary contribution to the work of the Foundation.  Most often, this
comes in the way of code, but other work can be equally valuable.  Put
another way, the Foundation wants to recognise those individuals who are
contributing that most precious resource --- their time and effort --- to
build COIN-OR.

	If you're reading this because you're a project manager, and you
haven't yet received an invitation to become a full member, well, you can
blame it on me (Lou Hafer).  I hope to correct this shortly, but don't be
modest.  A quick email pointing out my lack of attention can't hurt.

	Please send nominations for new full members to the Membership
Committee at membership at coin-or.org. If you need to check, the current list of
full members can be found at http://www.coin-or.org/members.html, starting
about halfway down the page.
