Yes, but I wanted to have at least one other person give me positive 
feedback that it worked...  did it work for you? ;)

I could offer to PM to automatically update the autotools generated 
stuff in their stable releases whenever something important has changed in 
the stable release in BuildTools.  What do you (and other project 
managers) think about this?
