[Osi] a problem about osil,COUENNE,and avion2

Hi,

first, this is the wrong mailing list. You want os at list.coin-or.org or 
follow up on Pietros mail on couenne at list.coin-or.org or create a bug 
report at https://projects.coin-or.org/OS.
Second, sending the same mail two or three times does not necessarily 
increase chances of response :-).
