[Osi] Osi 0.105.0 announcement

Hi,

the first release of Osi 0.105 has just been created.

Changes in this version include:
- updates in the buildsystem, now based on BuildTools 0.7
- installed configuration header files are much smaller now
- improved OsiRowCutDebugger to work better if used in LP based 
branch-and-cut solvers that work on more general classes then just MIP 
(https://projects.coin-or.org/Osi/changeset/1665)
- updates to unittest, now printing a summary of warnings and errors 
after completion, option to influence amount of output a bit, option to 
interrupt or pause unittest in case of errors
- added ThirdParty/SoPlex for easier build of Osi/SoPlex interface
- added MSVC++ v10 project files
- fixes and minor improvements to various solver interfaces
