[Osi] Usage of Osi with MS Visual Studio 2008

	Apologies for the delayed reply, I've been off on a bit of vacation

	I'm on the unix side writing from memory, but I think what you're
seeing is the message that you get when the startup project is set to a
project that does not produce an executable. Look for the option that
allows you to set the startup project for the solution. Try the Osi unit
test, or one of the examples. If this isn't enough to get you going,
post again and I'll reply from the Windows side where I can be more
specific.
