[Osi] Configure with Mosek is not working -- symbol MSK_openmosek

Hi Vikas,

Stefan Vigerske has uploaded a new interface for MOSEK in trunk, which I
would advise you to use. If you for some reason want to use other branch,
then you can avoid the lib check by setting :

--enable-mosek-libcheck=no

Let me know if you should have any problems.
