[Osi] How to format an objective function with multiple summations of multiple variables?

Greetings,

I am having a hard time figuring out how to format my objective  
function and am hoping someone can help me out.  Overly simplifying,  
my objective is Asubx * Bsuby summation x=0 to n and summation y=0 to  
m.  Can someone tell me/give an example as to how I would code this in  
c++?
