[OS] Problems - Making COIN-OS 2.3.2 on win32

Hmm, can you send the output of running make in
  /c/Users/mike/DOCUME~1/CM41B2~1/stuff/COIN-OS/Cgl
and of
nm /c/Users/mike/DOCUME~1/CM41B2~1/stuff/COIN-OS/Cgl/src/.libs/libCgl.a
and
nm 
/c/Users/mike/DOCUME~1/CM41B2~1/stuff/COIN-OS/Cbc/src/.libs/libCbcSolver.a
