I looked at the headers, and it seemed to me that it was routed
through INFORMS, but I am not very good at reading headers, and I also
do not think I got the complete chain of handoffs. In particular, I
did not see who issued the ticket. But it did get through, and it
looked legit at first blush. It has ticket number 0, and I can't find
it in the database, and since I don't know who sent it, I can't toss
anyone off the list of subscribers, much as I would like to. It looks
like a lot of work to forge the headers, but then, I don't know about
these things.

Anyway, let`s see what happens in the future.
