Your worries, as it turns out, are well-founded. I cannot find my  
notes any more! However, I had a good number of changes incorporated  
into the paper (on Dec 5), that were never committed. I committed them  
now in the hopes that they incorporate a good deal of what we were  
talking about at the time. Between this, your notes, your memory, and  
perhaps Jun`s and mine, I hope (fingers crossed!) that we can  
reconstruct everything.
