[Multifario] error compiling loca

Hi,
I've been trying to compile LOCA with MF and been getting the following 
error:

function 'MFImplicitMFSt* MFIMFCreateLOCA(LOCAData*)':
../../../../../trilinos-6.0.17/packages/nox/src-loca/src-mf/MFLOCA.C:95: 
error: 'MFIMFSetSpace' was not declared in this scope
make[5]: *** [MFLOCA.o] Error 1

I could not find MFIMFSetSpace defined in any of the header files.  I 
was able to fix this by adding "void 
MFIMFSetSpace(MFImplicitMF,MFNSpace);" to the file MFImplicitMF.h.
