[Ipopt] Segmentaion fault in initTests

Hi,

If you run coinbrew with --verbosity=4, you should get more output and 
may see better what has been happening, whether there were warnings in 
configure or build, etc.
It should also be cleared then which test has failed and then you can 
try to rerun only this one and start debugging to find the source of the 
segmentation fault.
