[Ipopt] Segmentaion fault in initTests

Dear Colleagues,

When running the following command :

./coinbrew build Ipopt --prefix=. -test

I abotain the following erreor:

./run_unitTests: line 19: 170406 Segmentation fault      $@ > tmpfile 2>&1
