[Ipopt] Ipopt takes too long to converge or not converge

Dear Ipopt users
I have a large-scale nonlinear problem that normally I solve using Ipopt
solver (gams+ipopt) without problem (few iterations and few time), but some
instances of that problem become very hard to converge even we know that
the model is feasible.
I am attaching the log file in order to get some advice for identify what
the problem could be.
