[Ipopt] IPOPT Checking Necessary and Sufficient Conditions ?

Does IPOPT check that its solution satisfies both necessary and sufficient
conditions for a local minimum or just necessary conditions? If the latter,
than the IPOPT solution may be a local maximum or saddle point.
