[Ipopt] IPOPT CMAKE build system

Hi,

My name is Walid.

I am a graduate Robotics engineer from EPFL in Switzerland. I am currently
working on a project aiming to find the inverse kinematics of a 7 DOF
robotic arm with joints offsets.

For this purpose we decided to use nonlinear optimization and selected
Ipopt for this task. However, for specifics needs, we are looking for a
version of IPOPT with a CMAKE build system. We were wondering if such
a version exists somewhere and if it could be possible to get it.
