[Ipopt] Created shared objects for Ipopt using the Intel compilers

G’day.

Stefan, Tony - thanks for your help.  By commenting out the linker variable changes I have successfully built my shared objects.  The strange compilation error I found yesterday has not reoccurred after starting from a clean tar ball.

Stefan - if you would ever like me to test a more permanent fix when you have one, please let me know. :-)
