[Ipopt] Setting up MATLAB interface in Linux 64 bit

And I have an hidden folder ".libs" ,under the "src" folder , which 
contains:

    callbackfunctions.o  iterate.o matlabinfo.o     options.o
    ipopt.o              matlabexception.o       matlabjournal.o
    sparsematrix.o
    ipoptoptions.o       matlabfunctionhandle.o  matlabprogram.o
