[Ipopt] How to fix the error: Restauration Failed!

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am using IPOPT to solve a convex problem with the objective function is
logarithm and the constraints are linear. But i have encountered a error:
Restauration Failed. Could you please tell me how to fix this error?
