[Ipopt] compile ipopt with ma86

Hi,

 

can anyone tell me how i can compile ipopt with the ma86 solver.

I was successful with the ma27 and the ma57 solver because the way was easy.
Only copy the ma27ad.f file or the ma57ad.f to the Thirdparty HSL folder and
than make configure and make

 

But I have no idea how to include the ma86? I have the source of the ma86
solver but there is no ma86ad.f file in there?
