[Ipopt] Is IPOPT ok for small quadratic problem ?

Hello,

in gernal (non ipopt specific): The more information the solver has 
implemented the better (faster) it can work.

Ipopt can surely solve the described problem if feasable.
Nevertheless a solver for dedicated QPs might be much better suited.
You should -- if possible -- always use the tightes fitting solver for the 
problem you consider.
