[Ipopt] Is Ipopt able to solve complementary constrains?

Hi,
no, the current Ipopt versions do not include special features to handle
complementarity constraints.
The old no-longer-maintained Ipopt-Fortran version has something. It is
still available at http://www.coin-or.org/Ipopt/ipopt-fortran.html
but not sure how easy it is to get it running.
